Call-out fees

The call-out fee covers travel to your Canberra location and an on-site assessment. Labour and any parts are added depending on the job.

  • Daytime (business hours): $ 110 to $150 inc GST
  • After-hours (nights + weekends):  $200 to $350 inc GST
  • Public holidays: $200 to $350 inc GST

All lockouts are quoted as one total price (including call-out).

Emergency lockout (home or business)

  • Daytime: $150 inc GST
  • After-hours: $200 to $350 inc GST

Standard rekey (change the keys, keep the lock)

  • Per standard lock cylinder (plus call-out): $55 inc GST
  • Multiple locks: often lower cost per lock once we’re already on-site

Deadbolt replacement

  • Basic deadbolt supply + install: $180 to $350 inc GST
  • Higher-security deadbolt / restricted key system: $320 to $550+ inc GST

Car lockout (Canberra only)

  • Daytime: $150 to $250 inc GST
  • After-hours: $220 to $350 inc GST

Transponder key (cut + program)

  • Spare key added (you have one working key): $150 to $350 inc GST
  • All keys lost: $300 to $600+ inc GST

What can make the price higher

If the total comes in above the typical range, it’s usually because of one or more of these:

  • Distance / travel time: outer suburbs or regional call-outs
  • After-hours timing: nights, weekends, public holidays
