Cut-off Times for Same-Day Rekeys & Lock Changes

To make sure we complete your turnover jobs on the same day:

Standard cut-off time:

  • Requests received by 10.00am on business days will be scheduled for same-day attendance.
  • After cut-off, jobs will be booked for the next available slot, often that afternoon or early evening.

After-hours / emergency turnover: We offer 24/7 coverage, so if an out-of-hours lock change is needed for tenancy security, we’ll prioritise it as part of our emergency response. If you need guaranteed timing for high-volume turnovers on a particular day (e.g., end of lease), we recommend booking early in the day or confirming the night before.
